Open Dental is being used as our primary office management software. It allows us to keep track of patient information, pending treatment, medical and dental history, etc. It also integrates with other software we use, such as Flex Dental and our radiology software, which increases its versatility in management of patients. Open Dental has provided a wide range of services at a reasonable price.

It has good scalability and real-time updating, allowing staff to work on the same chart on multiple workstations. If there is something Open Dental DOESN'T do, it usually provides strong integration with 3rd party software to increase functionality.
